    I like yellow boa yarn leeches and the Goldie Jr. Botyh are the FOTW here.

    Last year's winner was a #10 chartreuse squirrel over white kip Clouser...



    I am going to try something bigger and lighter for shallow slabs this year. If it works, it could pay off in aces.... report to come if it works!

    Qk, that is the size I like to tie, a number 10, head chain eyes, and some hair. Red thread on hook shank with a white wing, just past the bend.

    I like hook point up flies as it seems the crappie flip off less
