    That looks mighty tasty. How did you fry the mushrooms? Did you coat them with anything? There is a restaurant near here that sells great ones which are coated with something-don't know what-and then deep fried.

    rinse/slice fry in butter with onion/garlic/red peppers.

    Man...that looks good. Portabellas also can be grilled nicely. No treatment prior to grille, then wipe some melted butter on when you put it on plate with a bit of salt of any other thing you prefer. The way you did them is about how I do Shrimp Scampi. I'll have to see if local store has any. You've got me drooling now.
