Emerald Shiner Streamer

Question - I have not used any of the Fish Skulls and was wondering if they make the hook ride "hook up" or "hook down" when fished?

I will have to pick up some Fish Skulls and give this pattern a go.....Thanks

Yes you can. Best part to me along with the fact you put it on the finished fly.

You can make the hook ride in either direction you want to, it's all in the way the head is applied over the hook eye. Directions are on the package.
