Default looking for scud hooks with wider gape

I recently was given some Dohiku barbless hooks, and they are beautiful with a much wider gape than Tiemco hooks. I priced the Dohiku, and they are a little expensive, $9 per 25. can anyone recommend another brand of hooks with a wider gape than Tiemco that is still resonably priced?

I have no frame of reference, but I use Dai-riki #125 and #135's for my scud hooks. Depending on what size you are after, you might check out Owner Mosquito hooks. They are an octopus style hook used for spin fishing, but I use them on a specific pattern I tie.... top notch hook, if it fits your application.

I started tying on Grip hooks after seeing some of the flies that Hans was sharing with the board. They appear to be very good/consistent quality hooks with a nice large gap and are available in barbless version. Here's a link to one supplier, but there are others out there you can choose from. http://greatfeathers.com/sale-bin-closeouts/index.aspx
