So I booked my Alaska trip for Fall and came across a precarious response from a Lodge I "may" be staying at. I had booked with another guide to fish on the Kenai for Silvers since they had no lodging but will be staying possibly at another Lodge here is what they responded to me when asked about their location on the Kenai.
"Is your Lodge located on the Kenai?"
Yes it is and we have availability for lodging but only Paying guests that use our guides can have access to the River for fishing during your stay. You can walk over to a state park next door if you want to wet a line...

Is that wierd or what I can stay there but not fish on the River
