It's only natural. Tennessee doesn't have many closed seasons on fishing. Aside from rural banjo players there are some dangers along the rivers. Please keep in mind that most of our river fishing for trout is tailwater fishing. When the turbines or floodgates open up, the water levels can come up several feet very quickly.
