I also turn the smaller popper bodies using a dremel, but I use a tool that holds the foam while it turns in the dremel, makes it very easy to turn the body and shape it with a nail file. The tool I use I got from a shop called Soggy Bottom, it comes in 2 sizes that will let you turn large ( 1") , or the small one for bodies down to around size 12.

So, I am dying to know, what is this tool? I just use toothpicks, but they frequently break.

Karlie Rae, I don't have one of those tools, but if you will figure out what size wood screw will fit in your dremel and cut the head off. Then thread the cut piece of foam onto the screw. A L-hook works well straightened, the smallest is great if your tool will hold it. I have an adjustable chuck on my dremel tool, which means I can use a needle up to about 1/8" diameter.
