A little late to the party, but thanks Dave for the link. Dreaming of on the water time chasing my favorite freshwater fish.
It is ice off and game on. Oh and that stripping guide is 31"

Holy cow! Been out three times so far, and haven't hooked a thing! I am itchin' so bad to feel that all-too-familiar tug... And itchin' for carp, too! I suspect the water temperature here isn't much more than 40-45 degrees...
This week was smokin'
Been pretty good out here for how early it is...I caught 29 on the 9th, and got back out today with my buddy david. He got 3 or 4 and I had 9 or 10. One big 17 lber and a lot of little ones. I am still waiting for the big girls to show up!
That guy got caught! Hah...still a little cold but it has been great for early season!
