I'm going to be somewhat busy the next few days so I wanted to jump in and wish you all a very Merry Christmas as well. Hope everyone has a great Christmas and enjoys some time with the family, and if you've been good then some fishing gear under the tree as well

Fly fishing and fly tying are two things that I do, and when I am doing them, they are the only 2 things I think about. They clear my mind.

It is Christmas Day here today, have had a lovely toasted pan-atone for Breakfast and all the spuds, onions, stuffing, freshly podded peas, carrots and the Free range Chicken are all ready to go in the oven, Plus Christmas tarts, Ginger bread trees and Cannolis stuffed with sweetened ricotta and candied fruit for dessert! All set for a great Feast, we are cooking for us and the Neighbours this year, as Angela (the neighbour) has to work (she is a nurse) so once she gets here the festivities can begin.
Hope you all have a great Christmas, and for those of you have to travel, take care.
    All the very best.
