How Would You Fish This?

Doesn't look like the same place on both photos and doesn't look like you can fish all the lies with a single approach.

I'd first fish downstream to avoid casting on or over fish on this narrow a stream. I'd especially fish the lip of the pool this way first.

Then I would leave and fish another area and fish it upstream when I came back.

Is same hole...2 years apart...one year water up other down...foliage has been rearranged because of spring floods.
