I have the Rinzetti Traveller and like it a lot. The standard jaws do seem to send very small hooks flying and they apparently get eaten by the monster under my tying bench.

Uncle Jesse, I didn't realize Apex was made by Vogel (agree with you on their web design). I'll have to take another look at the Apex vise being a Hoosier company and all.
