    Default Sage blank question

I have a 3 piece blank that over all is 13" 7" long. On the blank is stamped "Sage Graphite ll GllSH ll36-3LLB". I am wondering if this is a blank for a float rod or a spey rod. Can't be sure from the internet info that I have found. I am leaning toward float rod. Anyone know for sure and what are they worth. Thanks.

Sage graphite ll GllSH 1136-3LLB 3pc float rod. It is a custom rod, built by keystone custom rods. It has top of line guides, fugi titanium insert single foot, cork and handle.
    Asking $500 obo inc shipping

He dropped his asking price for a complete custon build to $450 and did not see any takers so, maybe $200-$250

Thanks - I thought it might be a float rod blank.
