    Default Compare Parachute to para90degree

    AKA "Para90?"

I thought I would tie a parachute very similarly to John's para90degree style and see the difference. Now, I tied the parachute by tying off the hackle at the post so as to keep the eye of the hook as clean as possible.

In the first photo, the parachute is on the right:

In the second photo, the parachute is on the right.

Now, everyone has their own tastes as to whether there is much difference, and, if there is, which would be better for fishing. It may depend on the water being fished; i.e., one might be better in riffly water than the other, etc.

Just thought it might be interesting to compare the two.

    Thanks,
    Byron
