    Default Airflo Delta Taper

How about the Airflo Delta Taper line? Anyone uses it?
I consider buying one for my dryfly fishing... Is it suited for this? How about nymphing... can I use it there , too?

I bought one three years ago and am very pleased with it. The only caveat is that it seems to have alot of memory - but nothing that can't be corrected with a few yanks on the line. I am also a big fan of the Wulff Triangle Taper, which the AirFlo Delta Taper is based on. The AirFlo has a nicer finish than the Wulff - much slicker. It shoots really nicely, and of course shares the same amazing roll-casting qualities as the Wulff. Tight lines, Alec

the sinking and intermediate versions are superb lines

the floaters have let me down badly though

Delta taper is a shooting head taper, designed for distance.
The man who coined the phrase "Money can't buy happiness", never bought himself a good fly rod!
