    Default 4 Seatrout/Steelhead flies

    Here are four sea-trout/Steelhead flies.
    Pure speculation, never been wetted.


    Sea-Trout 1
    Hook: # 8
    Silk: Black
    Butt & Rib: Amber wire
    Body: Orange peacock herl
    Thorax: Hares Ear
    Hackle: March Brown hen

    Sea-Trout 2
    Hook: # 8
    Silk: Orange Fluo
    Butt & Rib: Amber wire
    Body: Tying Silk
    Thorax: Black Dubbing
    Hackle: Yellow dyed Partridge.

    Sea-trout A
    Hook: # 8
    Silk: Black
    Rib: Yellow buttonhole Silk.
    Body: Orangebuttonhole Silk.
    Thorax: Dark Hare?s Ear.
    Hackle: Brahma hen saddle March Brown.

    Sea-trout B
    Hook: # 8
    Silk: Black
    Rib: Black wire sm.
    Body: Silver Holograph tinsel.
    Thorax: Light Hare?s Ear
    Hackle: Brahma hen saddle Golden Straw.

    Donald, you need to take out those four and initiate them. They are quite beautiful.

    Very nice once again Donald (let me wipe the keyboard off first ... )

    The first one, though, looks to me like the body and thorax is purple seal's fur (or goat maybe?), and the hackle a blue dun, with a gold wire butt and rib?

    Regardless, they all look like they deserve an outing.
