Heading to the Bighorn late Sept. how about some advice?
Only had the pleasure to fish it once, in April 2011. Flows are around 1700, half of what I saw; wading, if that's what you're doing should give you access to lots of good water. Don't know what the weed situation will be like; might want to check with the shops in Ft. Smith. If you're camping, Cottonwood is a nice spot. Zebras work. Have fun, hope you catch a bunch.

Big River! Great for float trips. Not much area for Wade fishing which can become combat fishing in the weekends. Hoppers would the go to flys.
