    Default rod care

i have a diamondback rod that has been stored under cover outside for several years, 8 to 10 probably, that looks pretty dull. what can be done to dress up a rod like that. there is nothing wrong with it functionally, just looks bad.

I would try some GlassWax or auto polish so see if that would not spiff it up a little.

I would love to sit down with you and talk about where you fish around Columbus. Being a native son and State alum I know the area well. There are some lakes up west of the AF base and the lakes along the highway that were sand or gravel pits I think that always looked inviting back before I had ever heard of a float tube or owned waders.

What Uncle Jesse said, Anything wax/polish that contains Carnuba Wax will work just fine Most furniture or car polish fits the bill.
