Default Roscoe Fish-In, Report and Photos

    Hi Guys,

RW - Thanks for all your work developing and writing the excellent summary report, gathering the photos and attaching the narrative to each photo.

Thanks to everyone who took photos and quickly sent them in to RW so he could attend to them.

Thanks to JC & LF for supporting the Fish-In and allowing those of us who attended it to share our experiences and the fun we had with the FAOL community.

Thanks to all who attended for all the comraderie; stories; sharing their wisdom, fishing & tying tips, flies, patience, and good humor with everyone else.

Seems as if each year we've managed, in almost every respect, to have a great time. This is entirely because of the area, Mother Nature and last but certainly not least, the people. You continue to make this event better each year.

    Allan

Thanks to all who had anything to do with the Roscoe FI. It was one of the nicest fishing experiences I've had, and I've had a few.

    RW,

Thanks for the report and I love that picture of didi and her hat. She, got that hat as a door prize and wore it that night and caught her first fish. She now wears it almost always when we fish and I call it her lucky hat.

You guys are bringing tears to my eyes. I was fishing the beaverkill and willowemoc every other weekend in the late 80's. I miss breakfast at the Roscoe Diner (I still have a bumper sticker tacked in my garage to remind me) the Roscoe motel right on the river and the Wilowemoc motel (is it still there?)Summer in the Catskills..Nice..
Oh well back to 110 degree heat here in Phoenix.
