I had the same experience with them just this past March. I had a pair of Metalheads that the boa lace knob messed up on after only 1 week of use. I sent them back and was not real happy that I had problems with them right off the bat....BUT within about 1 week I had a brand new pair sitting on my front porch with an apology from Korkers and absolutely zero charge. I would go as far as to say that that was the best customer service experience I have had with a company in a very VERY long time. They run a really good service based company.
