    Default Cooler Corn

    My sister forwared an email to me today,I thought it was a simple but brilliant way to cook corn on the cob.
    I don.t know how many of you already know about this but I thought I would share it. So Shucked corn
    In a cooler cover with boiling water close the lid and in 30 minutes you have cooked corn.

    Try this! Put 2 ears of corn, shucks and all in the microwave for 8 miniutes. Remove with a hot pad and cut off the large end. Just enough of it to be sure uou are on the large part. Holding the ear loosly with the small end up, shake the ear out of the shuck. The corn is ready to eat. there will be no silks on the ear. Works great!
