Where? What flies work well? Access points from a car, maybe a little hike? I know to watch generation schedules and will pick and choose accordingly.

Why not try a tellico nymph? I have no idea if it is the "hot" fly for that area but the names the same and it works around Oregon (thats on the same continent as Tennessee).

I would look to have Brown Grannoms, Trico's, Isonychia's, Yellow Sally's & Light Cahill patterns on hand.

Was just at Hiwassee two weeks ago...great access and info in reliance tn. Hiwassee outfitters is a good access point with Hiwassee angles fly shop right across bridge. Go talk to Dean Tullock at fly shop for good info or better yet book a trip with them...always good to use local guides
