I hear Bluewater is good, though i have never fished there I know a lot who have. I don't do a lot of boat fishing even though I have an older semi-vee with a little 5 on it, along with a canoe, a kayak and a float tube. Most times I dont have the spare time to launch and load. Ten minutes to good wadeable water with good fishing is hard to beat.
Hope you get over the eye problem and get back into your routine. I might add that this afternoon's fishing was about the same excep I caught 3 spots about 12 inches each.
