I recently assembled a TFO BVK 8' 3 wt. and took it panfishing yesterday. I like this rod allot. It handles flies up to size 10 with ease and is a real smooth, easy casting rod. I caught some bluegills to 8"s and several shellcrackers that were 10"s and these fish were a blast on this rod. It was fishing a 1/2" indicator with two fly rig and it cast this set up with no problem. I am using a RIO classic trout WF 3 F line with this rod and it cast this line great. I would highy recommend this rod in the $200 range.
