    Default Huron River, OH

    Does anyone know anything about steelhead in the Huron River in Ohio? I never thought it happened in that river until my wife's uncle said a couple of years ago he caught a couple near Norwalk or maybe it was Monroeville...

    I fish the Huron regularly for Smallmouth, and occsionally for Steelhead. Since the ODNR doesn't stock the Huron, and a lot of the river is posted, opprotunities are limited.
    As a side note..any trib that empties into the lake (bay...HINT!)may have a few stragglers.
