    Default Early, early....

Last night, I went to a creek mouth on the Hudson River and got a 10 lb. channel cat on a size 1/0 bunny sculpin hopped on the bottom. Today , I put the float tube in so I could try the Force Fins I just purchased from John Rhodes from his ad here. They work incredibly well. They are vastly superior to the plastic fins. The bass was a nice bonus. I also caught a mess of crappies. This year is 2 weeks ahead of any year in my memory fishing these spots. Upstate New York is off to a flying start.
