    Default storage problem...

i have a heck of alot of boxes given to me.... however... the person that gave them to me must have been making scented candles... the boxes smells of many different flowers and who knows what... my question is anyone think if i store flies in the containers the "scent" will ruin the effectiveness of the flies? never know... they might like peach mango flavoring! lol

I have to hold my breath any time I go near a candle store; peach mango -ugh! I'd scrub them out with a little baking soda.

add a little (well ok a lot of) rum to the peach mango and you have a winner there.

You could try breaking up some charcoal briquets in a foil pan, seal the box, well put the top on, and let it sit for a few days. Bar B Q season coming anyway.

I use the bulk activated charcoal for aquarium filters from Wallys pet dept to refill the deodorizer in my fridge. They don't crumble like briquettes. Luke

Dishwashing liquid & bleach usually cleans any storage boxes found at yard sales & thrift stores.
