Things have been hectic here. Mys sister-in-law died last Wednedsay night.
Lots of things to do to help the family.
Getting this out now so we can get started.
Hares ears type flies. What is your variation on this that works for you.

When you say 'Hare's Ear', do you mean any nymph pattern, or any pattern that uses Hare's Ear, or only a Hare's Ear Nymph?
How about putting me down for a Weighted, Barred Hare's Ear Nymph.
Hook: #14 Nymph
Thread: 6/0 Brown Unithread
Weight: Alloy wire
Tail: Hare's Ear fibers
Abdomen: Hare's Ear Fibers, brown and cream alternated.
Rib: Gold Wire
Thorax: Hare's Ear Fibers, brown and cream, alternated.
Wing Case: Pheasant Tail Fibers (or Peacock Hearl, your choice).
I will post pictures as soon as I get them tied and tested.
I'm in. I'll have to research a variation.
One set of classic Hare's Ear nymphs started on the bench. Maybe a bead thrown in.
Any type of a Hares Ear fly.
Mine will be made with something other than hares ear, but it has worked for me.
Rick
I'll do hare's ear flymphs.
