Fly Fishing Near Miami Beach in late March

My wife has to attend an event in Miami Beach in late March and has asked me to go along. Any advice about fly fishing options (fresh or saltwater) down there at that time of year? Suggested guides, shops, locales, flies, tackle, etc would be appreciated.
