Really pretty fly. Is it a variation of the Royal Coachman?

It is not a variation. This is a Royal Coachman which is tied in both wet and dry versions. This is tied in the Bergman style with the exception of the way the wings are set. These are set on either side of the shank whereas Bergaman set them on top of the shank.
