First 2012 Build

I started out 2012 with this Winston LT. The rod is a 7'9" 4wt.
The rod is made to be used for travel, back backing and some bushwacking.
The wood insert I turned from some maple burl.
Thread colors are: main Pro Wrap 525, accent is Gudebrod 524. Both in NP and size A.
I used single foot guides instead of snake guides. My intention was to change the weight balance of the rod. With using single foot 316 stainless chrome plated guides it did change the sizing and location very little. This short rod calls for 10 guides, so the static placement of the guides was change very little from the Winston LT guide chart.
One size 8 stripping guide made with 316 stainless and chrome with Nanolite insert was used.
