For all those with inflatable suspenders here is something you MUST know...
The O-rings go bad over time and they cannot be relied upon to keep you above water. A friend was in his float tube and decided for safety and comfort he would inflate his SOSpenders. They immediately popped right out there... but almost as quickly shriveled right up. They were about 3 years old.
Replace the O-rings and N2cylinder every year. A little lube on the O-ring is also a very good idea. I used to go all sorts of places with just the SOSpenders for comfort... Now I am a bit more careful...
