Looking at his profile he hasn't been active on the site since March 2011!!! From the way it sounds, you sent him the stuff without waiting for payment first.

If you sent him the stuff via the US Post Office, go to your Post Office and file a claim - it is fraud and the Postal Inspectors will track him down.
your right I did. I've sold tons of stufff on this board with no problem until this guy. Someone sent me his cell #.
I hope you catch up with him.I like to think that in a fishing community things like this wouldn't happen.I have always felt there is a certain honesty amongst certain groups including Vets but this is not so.Sad but I guess we live in a different world now.
