Get a bag of Fritos Scoops.
Eat the whole thing. Beer will help to get it all down. I recommend a locally-brewed India Pale Ale like Hopzone from the Bozone brewery in Bozeman, MT.

Then save the bag. The inside of the bag has a brightly-reflective chrome-silver tinsel surface. Cut it up into strips with a swing arm paper cutter. Now you have a lifetime supply of tinsel--in any strip-width you might want.
