Besides EFF, I also take Fly Fisherman and it is okay. Don't know if I'll renew or not. And Fly Fishing in Saltwaters magazine. I enjoy this as well and will renew when it comes due.

I get most of them actually. Really can't get enough reading and browsing of flyfishing material. I usually wait for a special offer, and get a 2yr subscription, that ends up being far cheaper than any newstand price. Alot of advertising...agreed. I get irritated by 2 things in magazines these days. First, when over half of the magazine is written by the same person (happens). And second, when half the magazine seems to be written by a greenpeace member. Aside from that, I like most all of them.
My favorite "non-tying" mag is Americn Angler. Eastern Flyfishing is great as well. If I was on the West coast a few others come to mind.
