fall steelhead and spey rods
Bob Swan invited me to fish with him yesterday. We fished the Muskegon river with Steve Kuieck of river quest charters. Neither of us had fished with spey rods before but Bob has almost mastered the new technique.

A strong gusty East wind made for a cold day and slow fishing but we did get one hookup.

Edited to add that I don't know how it's related but if you get the Sparrow Quartet as related video like I did they are worth listening to.
