Furled Leader Ring Availability

A friend sent me a furled leader that someone gave him. It had a small metal ring on the end to connect the tippet. Reading through some of the posts here on leader rigs, some people like them and some people seem to have no use for them.

Not to start a pro or con discussion of furled leader rings, but does anyone know where they are available? I've searched all the sources I have used in the past and cannot find any.

They are called tippet rings.

Somehow I missed your entry into this great forum?? Welcome aboard! If you ever get up my way stop in for some great tailwater fishing!! BTW I use the Black Rings from J Stockard, 2mm for thread leaders and 2.5 mm for the 4 lb. test Mono and Flouro leaders.

Welcome! Someone beat me to the Stockard link. I have some tippet rings and have pretty much relegated them to the pocket in my vest where everything goes I never use. I think my piano is in there.
