I didn't get to the tailwater this morning, due mainly to apathy. I did, however, get restless after lunch and spent two hours fishing a midge hatch on the Gunnison with the Channer boo I recently acquired from Jerry, as the clouds from the oncoming storm covered up the winter sun. The rod is now nicely christened, with ten fish from 6 to 13 inches on a #22 CDC midge.
