    Default Len's Meatloaf

    Len's Meatloaf

    2 pounds ground beef
    1 pound ground pork
    3 eggs
one package of unsalted crackers crumbled up
10 ounce can Rotel hot diced tomatoes with habaneros
    teaspoon celery flakes
    one large diced yellow onion
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cook at 375 for 45 minutes
Then cover top with ketchup and cook another 15 minutes.

It is covered in my refrigerator currently.

I will put it in the oven at halftime of the Packer Game.

A photo will be taken when hot out of the over "later"

The best thing about a good meatloaf is the sandwiches on the days that follow.
