Was looking at getting 1 and found the model i was looking for at Big R Fly Shop in Great Falls, MT. Great bunch of guys there. The FWX is a very smooth reel and what I like is it is also made in the USA.

I have had the older model FW5 for 4 years now..Was going to buy an Abel but i am very happy i bought this first..
Have a couple FW 5wts, and an FWX for my 7 wt XI3. Really like the reels!
