Ducksterman, I use a 0X tapered leader & a bite tippet of Spiderwire Fusion. I have had no trouble at all with it, and I'm going on the second season with the same 2' piece I started with, albeit a bit shorter. With using it as a full leader, I've had no problems as long as you use a bigger fly to keep the weight on the end of the tippet when casting.Sometimes through the wind's action (NEEEVER bad casting on my part, heehee) the Spiderwire leader folded onto itself, but really no problems. Being treated with Teflon, wind knots are also a breeze to remove, with the help of a needle,or hook tool made for such things. Hope this helps, Jamie
