New Native Ultimate Angler user

Last week I purchased a Native Ultimate Angler 12 as my first kayak. This last weekend I took it out to an old gravel pit to get used to and go fishing.

This is a super boat to fish out of. It is very stable and roomy. So far I have been very pleased with it. I even caught one large bluegill.

Its so sleek! Just seeing it sitting there in the water, it just begs to be enjoyed!

iaFlyFisher, I have several friends who fish out of those things and by all acounts are one of the better fishing "kayaks" out there.

You will not be disapointed. Good call!

It was a lot of fun last weekend and I won't get out this weekend. Now I am trying to add all my stuff to it and see what else I really need. I am making a camera mount for my Kodak camera.

Ive never fished from one of theese but would like to try it one time just to see do i like it or not... Hows the handeling compared to a high end toon ?

Bugman- I have only fished out of a pontoon a couple times. It is slower going than the kayak. Both are fun and work really well to fish out of in their element.
