Orvis EZ Blood Knot Tool (for Nail Knot)

I found out that the tool I had seen guys use is called the "Orvis EZ Blood Knot Tool" ... which they no longer sell.

Any of you ever use these for both, the Nail Knot (the intended primary use) and for the Blood Knot.

Opinions?

About 1/2 the guys I fish with have one of these somewhere on there vest. Quick and easy. The rest "don't need no stinkin tools"
