    Default Missing fish

    Hi all,
The start of our anual trout season os only 2 weeks away and over the last few years i noticed that for the first few trips of the season o have missed 90% of the trout that have rissen to my fly. Is there a way to fix this problem?
    Thanks

Can you give us a few more details? Like: wet, dry, upstream, downstream, nymphs, streamers, rivers, lakes, creeks,,, ?

Sounds like you may be too fixated on catching. Slow down, take the time to check your gear, see what's happening in and on the water before you make your first cast. Think about what you want the fly to do, where you want it to go. You have plenty of time and there'll be plenty of fish.

You could try a few deep breaths before you cast to loosen up and relax.
