    get calls all the time...and could make a shiney nickle but screw'm. Most of the people who call sell them on Ebay. Saw an article where a fly shop opened a feather boutique selling saddles and such for hundreds right next to the Sages and waders... make one a bit ill

    I sent Denny an e-mail Monday night and we worked out an order. Well today I received my cape and saddle, now that's fast!

    The use of the Saddle hackle is bad enough!!!!!! but I was over at the Clarks site and we all better hope like heck the Hollywood folk don't start this (go down to the picture from Fisheye444!!!!!!!!!!!!) http://clarksclassicflyrodforum.yuku...is-is-NOT-good

    I know I should post how HORRID that is, awful, just awful ... but ... that dog is just so darned cute! How can you not smile at that???

    Hate to tell you guys this, but they already have depleted the capes too and now are moving on to Salt Water Neck Hackle. If you thought capes were safe, think again as wholesale places can't keep them and most kinds they don't even know when that will get any more. Had a guy that sells supplies call me yesterday afternoon and tell me that it's worse than I even though and he's right. He said when he went to bed the night before his on line store had a lot of neck hackle but when he got up yesterday it was all gone and he had a lot. Right now I am just hoping they don't find a great way to put marabou in their hair.
