Donald,

I love these flies. I was surprised about the difference in sizes of the March Browns between the Yakima River in eastern Washington and the Clark Fork River in western Montana. The Yakima March Browns are huge, they look like large sail boats drifting down the river, especially when they get in amoung a hatch of Blue Wing Olives. This spring when I was on the Clark Fork, the guide pointed out their March Browns and they were about 1/5 the size of the Yakimas bugs, almost the same size as the BWO's that were hatching. So, I am thinking I will tie some up in a size 12, maybe even a 10, for the Yak and size 16 for the Clark Fork.
