Default Saltwater fly fishing newbie trying his luck in Miami, fl.

    Hi everyone!

I will be spending a few weeks in the states and my base will be Miami.

I just started fly fishing for saltwater species (always been a trout bum and recently a peacock bass maniac) and would like to meet people in the Miami area to go fishing with.

I have a 9' 9wt rod from Orvis and a beautiful matching large arbor batenkill IV that I'm dying to put to the test with some strippers. A week ago I managed to land a nice 4 Lbs stripper at Pleasure Bay in Boston and I'm hooked!!!

So, if you're anywhere near, I'd love to get in touch and see if we can work something out!

    Tight lines,

    Dave.

    Dave,
Get in touch with the Bonefish Whisperer and set up a couple of days on the water. He'll introduce you to what the area is all about.
