The rear is just two pieces of foam glued together; I then tied the segments with thread, whip-finishing each one so it was independent.
Then i put on some bead chain eyes. Then I put a strip of foam (same width has rear body) over the eyelete, long enough to make two segments (one for the eyes, one behind.) The foam was then pulled back and tied down behind the eye, and at the spot where the rubber legs connect, and voila.
