I received an e-mail from Rumpf this morningin about the passing of Shane Stalcup. Here is the e-mail. At this point I cannot find any additional information which I am sure will be forthcoming.


All of us here at Rumpf aresaddened to announce the loss of one of our best friends, and one of theindustries most innovative and creative fly tyers, Shane Stalcup. Shane pastaway last week at his home in Broomfield Colorado at the age of 49.

Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
