Cabela's LSi line includes a 9' 3wt.

I'll second the LSi. The rod has drawn a lot of favorable comparison's to the Sage Z-axis. I haven't fished the Sage so I couldn't say, but the LSi is a sweetheart.
If it swims and eats, it'll eat a fly.
Loop Opti Creek 8' 8" 4 piece is.one sweet stick. I love mine.

I think Burkheimer makes one - I got an 8'9" blank from them, as they recommended it over the 9', so I imagine they at least make a 9' blank.
Sage also has a 9' 3wt in their Flight series. I own the 9' 3wt FLi and it is one of my favorite rods, I can only assume the Flight (new version) is just as good.

If you can find one, the Sage Launch 8"6" rod is an absolutely awesome rod. Covered up the label and gave to some friend with expensive tastes to test and they were very impressed. The rod casts like a dream, but I have casted the FLI's and they are really nice as well but hard to find.
Why stop at 9ft. Go with the 10ft. What are you using it for?
They make great nymphing rods.
