After reading through this thread it seems that those of us in boats are to blame. Well I have fished from my inflatable pontoon or belly boat for only two and a half seasons. This weekend I was anchored in a spot fishing choronimids on a drop off when a couple of bank fisherman just had to try and fish the same area. I was far enough out that they could not reach me, but I heard one guy say "If I put on more weight I bet I could hit him!" About that time I pulled anchor and went my merry way. I have had shore fishermen say "hey you have a boat you need to be in the middle of the lake" and then jus start casting right over and through our lines, or just trying to reach us with their baits or lures. Now I'm not saying all shore fishermen are like this but if we are going to point fingers lets look at both sides of the shorline
